Shipping Information

Domestic. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and shipping. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email after the following 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder. 

To protect our customers, Blank Canvas is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and Blank Canvas will only ship to the address provided at checkout, which must match the billing address.

International. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. Blank canvas now offers DHL Express for international orders. However, please note that Blank Canvas will not calculate, invoice, or collect any taxes, duties, import fees, or related amounts or charges (“Duties”) other than shipping costs at checkout. You are responsible for paying applicable Duties. Blank Canvas is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any Duties or costs (including costs of return shipping) resulting from your refusal or failure to pay Duties.

Lost or Stolen Package. As noted above, Blank Canvas is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact the respective delivery provider to initiate a claim.
